Our products are guaranteed for a period of six months from the date of shipment, provided the purchaser has complied with the recommended guidelines for usage, storage, and handling. All TecPapers USA products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has determined the stock is appropriate for the application prior to the time of purchase. All material returned to TecPapers USA must have a MRA number (material return authorization number). Material must be in perfect condition for a full refund. There will be a 10% restocking fee or $15.00 whichever is greater for all stock orders plus freight. Cancellation of non-stock items (custom items) are subject to an additional fee and may amount to the full price of the canceled products.
