Custom Manufactured Products
In addition to our Quick Ship Program, we can have products custom manufactured to your specifications with
the lowest minimums in the industry, 1.5 mmsi. That's as little as 3,000 sheets of 26 x 20. You can choose the facestock, adhesive, liner, scoring, and packaging combination that fits your requirements.

LINER SCORING
Custom scores can be spaced as close as 1¼" apart and placed in uniform or random patterns. Specify from
one score to as many as the web will accommodate. And, of course, zero split is always an option. All scores
must be made in the direction of the web.
Custom Coating
If you still haven't found the combination you're looking for, this is the section for you!
Just ship us your favorite facestock in rolls and we will turn it into pressure sensitive with your
choice of adhesive and liner. We can then sheet it to any size you need for the job.
Minimum order is 2.3 mmsi, (approximately 4,500 sheets of 26 × 20), with a tolerance of
+/- 20% of the quantity ordered. Please call for specifications on roll and core size requirements.
Custom Splits
With the addition of
our new Rollem Machine, we can now put precise custom splits on each and every
one of our zero split pressure sensitive sheet products. The Rollem gives us
the versatility to put horizontal or vertical - FACE
SPLITS OR LINER SPLITS - exactly where you need them and with razor
sharp accuracy. Whether you decide on one, two, three, or four custom splits,
you can now rely on receiving the easier to remove Rollem knife
splits.
In addition to the 60 plus sizes listed in our catalog, we have another 3,000+ dies. We can manufacture
virtually any size imaginable without a die charge. These different sizes are available in a variety of laser and ink jet compatible
face stocks including but not limited to:
